aerosol standard_name issue 3

A new standard_name is needed for AERmon.emiavnox and AERmon.emilnox (see column DQ of https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1biV1mSsAMDIWO7lGC_kYCDC-MYS0qRqi2U2KYlFynJU ).
Check units: for current standard_name, units must be mol s-1. (See CF standard names)

Justification:
The CF definition of tendency_of_atmosphere_moles requires this to be a global total over the entire atmosphere (not a column or a layer). A new standard name is needed. The name should also distinguish this variable from AERmon.emilnox. There exists standard names like "tendency_of_atmosphere_mole_concentration_of_nitrous_oxide_due_to_chemical_destruction", which might serve as a template for the needed standard name.

From the CF issue the units for the new (almost accepted) standard name tendency_of_atmosphere_mole_concentration_of_nox_expressed_as_nitrogen are mol m-3 s-1. AERmon.emiavnox and AERmon.emilnox both have dimensions longitude latitude alevel time, but different units:

Units of both should be updated to mol m-3 s-1? For AERmon.emilnox, then would the layer integral be divided by a layer thickness? I've just noticed in the description of AERmon.emilnox in the DR:

But I don't see mention of tendency_of_atmosphere_mass_content_of_nox_from_lightning in the CF names table or in an open issue.

I think the 'proposed name: ...' in the comment is legacy and can be removed

I think some of the wording in the long name and comments will likely need to be changed, assuming we've now got the correct standard_name assigned (and if the units are corrected to be consistent with the standard_name). I'm not absolutely positive I understand exactly how the variables are to be used. Looks like for a budget study of "what is responsible for changes in the mole concentration of NOx", and we're asking for two of the relevant quantities (the tendency by aircraft emissions and by lightning). Since the new standard_name doesn't mention "aircraft" or "lightning", that needs to be specified in the comment or title. Maybe in the future, more specific standard names can be minted.
