Create Search by User Functionality

Create Search by User Functionality, as part of Advanced Filter Search Plugin.

Dependencies:

• Build an Interface for Advanced Search Filter #20

The user search functionality issue depends on the interface as it would not be possible to consider this complete without combining it with the interface and testing it.

Acceptance:

The search-by-user functionality works. When I search for a user in the advanced search, I get the matching users.

Thursday Oct 10: We overestimated the work required for the multi-filter search, and it turned out to be more complex than expected. As a result, Raman shifted focus to the anonymous testing feature, which became a higher priority.
