Add a user interface to `ownExe.sh`

The script has some hard-coded variables, which are actually user-dependent or case-dependet.
This is a non-exaustive list to start with:

• actual compiling commands --> maybe a script?
• actual exe folder --> maybe an terminal line optional argument?
• actual machines --> maybe an terminal line optional argument? e.g. either all or machines one by one;
