Improve generation of `LATTICE`-based geometries for spherical shells

Presently, for each prototype, the first cell with that prototype is in real geometry, all the other replicas are in LATTICE mode.
This implies that, if the grid covers more than a value of radius, LATTICE cells at different radii refer to those at smaller radii, implying that junk is present in the geometry.
