This PR removes the former
eegnet_face13repository and adds a neweegnet_facrepository in its place; this was done because the existingeegnet_face13at the data provider's end was a fork of another dataset, which was causing some collisions with apparent duplicates. The data content of the two repositories is identical apart from updating thelandingPagefield in DATS,json, as was done for other EEGnet datasets in #1042, but the repository history is now independent and should no longer cause clashes.
