1. 牛肉中1茶匙盐,一勺料酒,2勺淀粉,一丢丢清水拌匀上浆,加入1勺食用油封层

2. 将姜片,蒜片盖在牛肉上,腌制10-15分钟

3. 起锅烧油,加入一点花椒煸出香味,捞出丢弃

4. 大火热锅至冒烟,加入腌好的牛肉迅速划散,7分熟盛出备用
