Convert Particle_tracking_with_Parcels notebook to Intake (#534)

* WIP - start conversion

* First part of notebook converted

* WIP on 3D advection - working around odd issue with to_dataset_dict

* WIP - trying to get 3D data load running right

* Keep trying to get 3D advection working

* 3D Particle setup working, but particle calculation prohibitively slow

* Can't get 3D graph size down

* Ready for review
