What instrument do you want a plugin for?

Viasala CL-61 (LiDAR Ceilometer), it measures scattering properties of the lower atmosphere, especially clouds. It can be used to identify different precipitation types and height of the boundary layer/clouds.

When do you need this plugin written by?

I need this by July 2023!
