feat: refresh tokens when attempting to connect to websocket server

After the refresh tokens expire, the client will no longer be authorized to connect to the match and room websocket servers without doing a full page refresh. To improve UX, client should attempt to refresh the tokens when disconnected from the match and room websocket servers.
