Error message when comparing bullets U40 and U42 from Houston Bullet Study Set 1

I tried uploading and comparing bullets U40 and U42 from Houston Bullet Study Set 1. When I click the Compare Bullets button the app crashes and shows warnings.

"Warning in FUN(X[[i]], ...) :
Maximum y value is less than minimum ylimit value. Are units correct?
Warning: Error in apply: dim(X) must have a positive length"

I downloaded the dat files of the land scans from csafe-firearms and converted them to x3p files with a script from Heike.
