Change so the all bullets list isn't downsampled until after the current bullet is added to the comparison list #30
Description
Suppose the user accidentally uploads the wrong bullet and that bullet has a lower resolution than the other bullet(s) in the all bullets list allbull. The bullets in allbull will be down-sampled to match the resolution of the uploaded bullet. If the user decides not to add the uploaded bullet to the comparison list and instead uploads a different bullet, allbull will still be the down-sampled version.
