Can CaDRReS-Sc predict a score for new single cell data that generated from cell line?

For a given cell line with several predicted pseudotemporal trajectories, can CaDRReS-Sc predict a score for each trajectory using the gene count csv data?

Thanks for the query and sorry for the late reply. We have never tested it on time series data. If samples from multiple time points have been used as input, the prediction will be made for each sample independently, regardless of the time.
