Research tab is unresponsive

Clicking on the research tab does nothing. My assumption is that it should redirect the user to the carusel, but it is currently just a unresponsive button.

To iterate on this, i think there should be a subpage that contains every single entry in the carousel with the fully expanded text. I like the carousel, but the full information is very hidden this way (each tab needs to be expanded via "More" to read everything). So i think the "Research" tab should actually point to a subpage where all 3 carousel tabs are just normal sections with paragraphs.

I also think that the "More" buttons on the carousel should then also just open this new research subpage.
