EO-guide improvement plans and suggestions - please comment

The EO world is changing fast, so links might get outdated and new possibilities will arise.
This issue is meant to collect improvement suggestions, ideas for additional sections, mention outdated links, etc
Also feel free to send a Pull Request yourself, if you are familiar with that. Otherwise CSC - Geoinformatics staff will handle the updates once in a while.

-> currently EO guide focuses on land, ocean and atmosphere could be added in future if requested, after collecting some more links and information
