Tickets page should show recent tickets only

The view tickets page shouldn't query and display all tickets in the database but rather filter out only those that are at most 24 hours old.

@Mr-Oregano Hi again, i was setting up the environment and i cant get pass the login prompt, is there a way to bypass or have a dedicated dev account just with necessary priveleges to access the admin console to start working on issue #112 ?

@reyes256 you need to set up an app registration on azure app directory for now until we have an auth-less version to run. It's free but it'll require an account.
