Create ticket form course section field disappears on refresh #133
Description
On the create ticket form page, after selecting a course from the drop down the second drop down indicating the course section should appear. However after refreshing this drop down disappears requiring the user to select a different course to make it reappear. This prevents the user from submitting the form.
