Removing the implementation of cfromptr #35
Description
The implementation of cfromptr disagrees with the implementation in the Sail model as of posting this issue. It was agreed to not fix cfromptr as it is to be deprecated. Removing the implementation of "cfromptr" remains a TODO and is the purpose of this issue.
