Garrison Fill - Update UI / Add Search/Filter Function

• Prefilter by Side - ALL / West / East / Indipendent
• use multiple column list: Flag - Side - faction name
• seperate list of recently used factions
• add setting to have squad move to to trigger via search and destroy marker
• New Function to handle statement of trigger in a more polished way
