Add the Contributor Covenant badge

We decided to implement the following [Code of Conduct](https://github.com/Cambalab/Traky/blob/master/CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md).  
Assuming that responsibility, we would like to know people that want to work with us that we are following those principles.

We should add this badge in our **README**.
