Feedback: Dashboard status

And coming from the fear of "oh, are updates not happening" having some kind of a notification/status overview that shows "Updates are happening and working"/"No recent new bundles received to Capgo"/"Users are on a diffenent channel" or smth like that which is proactively letting me know everything is OK or if smth is off, then it sends me an email and shows on dashboard if something is off. Because atm even when everything is OK, then when looking at empty charts i still have this worry at the back of my head, that i should check if users really are on latest bundles or not.

We created the alert in the backend. Now we need to add it to Bento and send it to ourselves first, and then send it to the user when it is working well.
