Torque Examples break with different zoomSnap of Leaflet

This is easy to reproduce. I tried the examples/navy_leaflet.html and made the following change:

      var map = new L.Map('map', {
        zoomSnap: 0.1,
        zoomControl: true,
        center: [40, 0],
        zoom: 3
      });

Now just try zooming in/out, and you will find the example to be broken. There are also no errors/warnings reported on the console.
