Add support for all subregion parameters on 16bit / bt2020 / YUV mode

### Description

Right now the 16bit mode allows you to use `<ports>` and `<src-x>` / `<src-y>` to set the correct position of the port.

If you try to set `<dest-x>`,` <dest-y>`, `<width>` or `<height>` it throws an error and the decklink doesn't initialize.
