Support Turbo joypad functionality #18
Description
TCG GB speedruns allow usage of turbo inputs with specific Hz, but without emulator support, it requires usage of 3rd party keyboard/controller mapping software
Ideally turbo could be implemented where the user can specify a "global" repeat rate and it would be visually indicated on status bar/overlay if enabled and/or mapped.
If the information can be easily displayed for what buttons have their turbo counterpart mapped and what Hz/fpp they are set to, that would help verification of runs. For example, I believe TCG community only allows B turbo with a max rate of 12Hz, so having a way to show this information on reset/somewhere else would be needed
