Playlist url not populated in iptv simple pvr client

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Use the iptv integration feature in CUTAM
2. I had to use this existing iptv manager fix to make it work: https://peno64.github.io/repository.peno64/

Expected behaviour

A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen: config file created in iptv client with a llaylist url

Actual behaviour

Tell us what happens instead: config file created but playlist url empty

There's already a fix that worked for me: https://peno64.github.io/repository.peno64/
So you either just need to update your website to let people know about it or reach out to the iptv manager folks to have them update on their end
