Support for missed weapon visuals

Since a lot of the weapons doesn't have versions with compatible launchers, the mod should allow to use all IRL-compatible launchers by using available weapon versions/models (even if it shows/has a different launcher).
So for example, M203 -s and M320 should be attachable to everything with under-barrel RIS within 45sm from body, including SCAR -s and TAR-21 -s .

Thats questionable, but it could be a good idea to also add a function to use the launchers with weapons that doesn't have UBGL version, by just adding a Muzzle to the weapon. As a workaround just in-case for realism.

So you want me to allow attaching a M320 to a weapon and the switch to another model and show the wrong GL but being able to use it? ANd even attach an GL and use it without having a GL modeled at all?

for me that is way too much break of emersion. Plus this is not possible with the current model structure because I need to allow the mapping to use the same GL-type-weapon for different attachment combinations.

One solution could be to add the GL muzzle to every Weapon that supports GL Attachments and prevent it from being selected until correct GL is attached. But this would be way more complicated than the current approach and would mean that I need 3d Models for every GL. Maybe that's something for SUCK 2.0 but that probably won't happen when Aram 4 is coming soon using the same engine as DayZ then containing these features anyway.

for your suggestions I have to say that for me emersion and realism is more important than compatibility.

When you run with weapon with under-barrel RIS, see on ground such RIS weapon with GL, detach the GL, and unable to attach it to your weapon, that is what truly unrealistic. Some visual difference in launcher models doesn't mean much in comparison to the real functionality.
Mission designed loadouts and realistic resources distribution will still keep the main amount visually correct (for appearance).

In-game being unable to do something that you obviously could IRL, always break immersion and is the main thing that is not realistic.

I do not see any issue with assigning GLs to other models, especially looking at the use of dcd_suck_fnc_addSupportedWeaponPair . But account that If you add a muzzle to non GL weapon, the reload and firing visuals will be taken from what the weapon has (main muzzle . thats is why i named such, "questionable"), idk if/how it can be solved.

Oh, also, looking at the state of Dayz, A4 won't be out for 2 years from now, at least.
