Process Resource 'annotations'

Another way to have GeoJSON alongside a resource is to have a one or multiple embedded for referenced Web Annotation withins the annotations property. A resource may have a navPlace property and annotations. It would be nice to have the option to also process GeoJSON from the annotations property.
