Placemark Click Event Handling terrain issues

The Pin in the picking demo goes under the terrain and can disappear. Makes the demo look pretty crappy. Do we just want o disable the terrain for this demo? There is a standalone terrain picking demo anyway.

Disabling terrain is OK with me.
