Learning Content: Document all Blueprint-exposed plugin functionality

This is a technical documentation section of the learning content. It may be best to split it into multiple subsections.

Currently, we don't really have documentation on what functions/attributes/etc the user can access through Blueprint. Functionality like FlyTo, coordinate conversion, etc, all should be documented so that users can know what is possible in Blueprint alone. Compiling this documentation will also help us figure out if we've exposed something to Blueprint that doesn't need to be, or if there is additional functionality not currently exposed to blueprint which should be.

This should also cover the parameters, if any, on Cesium actors that are exposed to Blueprint.
