Litep2p Server <-> Smoldot Client Integration

Issue summary

• Tracking issue for changes that need to be made to Smoldot fork or litep2p to facilitate proper behaviour between litep2p server and smoldot client.
• Ensure noise handshake works
• Ensure multistream (opening of new rtc channels) works
• Ensure ping/pong behaviour works
• Ensure performance behaviour from litep2p-perf works

First finding and fix is related to multistream-select negotiation:

• issue: webrtc: multistream-select negotiation not fully spec compliant paritytech/litep2p#464

Signaling using the flags in the libp2p-webrtc protobuf frame needs to be investigated as well. I think litep2p is not setting flags when closing streams.

All of these work now with litep2p master and our smoldot dev envs, so I'm closing this. The integration isn't done yet of course but we'll have more specific tracking issues going forward. I've already created #87.
