最新版的 G HUB 和 LGS 似乎直接阉割了部分鼠标功能。驱动不再支持鼠标按键或移动，G HUB 和 LGS 的 Lua 宏会使用 SendInput 而不是驱动来实现被阉割的功能。

Logitech G HUB v2022.9.315009

By SendInput (medium integrity):

• MoveMouseRelative

By the driver:

By the way, G HUB takes up a total of 360MiB of working set in the background, while LGS only takes up 76MiB.

According to ekknod/logitech-cve#7 (comment), any version before and includes 2022.1.3492 (Jan 13th, 2022) works. After 2022.3.2300 (Mar 23th, 2022), it was patched.

Update: These archives are still online installers. However, the installer of v2022.1.3492 is not installing the newest version, but v2023.1.364016. Perhaps it can install v2022.1.3492 before, but now only versions after 2023 can be downloaded.

Miguel found that only reinstalling with "Transfer my current settings" turned off works. Otherwise, the "Logitech Gaming Virtual Keyboard/Mouse" device doesn't show up in Device Manager. So Logitech may block the driver by some settings. If we found out what it is, maybe we can make the driver work without reinstalling every time.

I’m encountering an issue with mouse input while running a game—it blocks the mouse input, even though it works fine in other scenarios. Based on this, it seems like the input is not being sent by the driver.

I’ve tried two versions of Logitech GHUB: 2020.10.6293 and the latest release. With the 2020 version, I can see both the mouse and keyboard drivers listed in the Device Manager.

Do you have any ideas as to why the game isn’t accepting my mouse clicks? (For context, it works with Interception.)
Also, is there a way to send mouse input in a kernel-mode (driver mode) to bypass this issue?

There are two possible reasons: one is the library-to-driver communication is blocked, and the other is Logitech driver is just blocked. You can use G HUB's built-in macros (if you have a Logitech mouse) or some keylogger (e.g. AHK's key history with mouse hook enabled) to test if it's former or the latter.

Thanks for the reply! I’ve confirmed that the Logitech mouse macro doesn’t register clicks in‑game, even though it works everywhere else. It looks like the game is specifically blocking input from the Logitech mouse driver. That’s odd, because keystroke simulation through the Logitech keyboard driver works perfectly—I can control player movement without any issues.

Do you know of any other reliable ways to simulate mouse input that the game is less likely to block?

There are other drivers listed in README, e.g. Razer's. But they are all just virtual device driver and thus have the same level of reliability. If a game has kernel anti-cheat, it soon or later will catch them. Only hardware simulation is more reliable, but also more expensive.

Would using an Arduino board with an ATmega32u4 be a good option? Since it supports HID, I’m wondering whether an anti‑cheat system could block its input or detect that the signals are coming from an Arduino.
