One thing to test/pay attention to is whether anything from GeometricFlux is necessary and whether we could just switch over to LightGraphs stuff directly.

GeometricFlux successfully purged from deps!

Some more ideas to think about/keep an eye on once I actually start profiling:

• would switching to StaticArrays in AtomGraph definitions and bias definition in AGNConv layer buy any performance?
• can the pooling stuff be done more efficiently?

Tried profiling some of the forward passes today but had a lot of issues understanding the results...ended up just doing a bunch of @btime calls but probably need to learn more about this stuff at some point...
