tagged version docs not building

I assume it's some minor issue with the CI and/or make.jl but I haven't been able to figure it out yet...we only get the /dev version of the site right now...

putting this on ice as it might work for the next tagged release as per JuliaDocs/Documenter.jl#1257 since v0.1.2 was sort of concurrent with initial docs deployment
