Could you please give a brief explanation of your data?

I just read the code but found it hard to understand how the data is  organized. To be specific, i can't seem to understand what the label stand for. Is it a relevance score? I was wondering if anyone can give me a brief explanation of the data format, or where the data comes from. Any help would be appreciated.
