I understand that issues are for reporting problems and requesting features, not for off-topic comments, and I will provide as much detail as possible to help resolve the issue.
I have checked the pinned issues and searched through the existing open issues, closed issues, and discussions and did not find a similar suggestion.
I have provided a short and descriptive title so that developers can quickly understand the issue when browsing the issue list, rather than vague titles like "A suggestion" or "Stuck."
The latest version of Cherry Studio does not include the feature I am suggesting.

The knowledge base does not support file formats (doc, excel, and ppt), and the developer replied that the email has been supported. The latest version has tried many times, but it cannot recognize this type of format, not docx, excelx, pptx;
The file upload drag-and-drop box in the knowledge base is too small, and when there are too many files, it is impossible to verify in time whether the upload is successful;
When there are too many files uploaded to the knowledge base, the search box needs to be pulled down to the bottom to find what you need, which is time-consuming and laborious!

Please have the developers try uploading knowledge bases in formats such as doc, excel, and ppt, not docx, excelx, and pptx; support should be provided as soon as possible.
It is suggested that the file upload box in the knowledge base be enlarged to the entire operation page, and the uploaded files be arranged in reverse order to facilitate verification of whether the upload was successful.
A search entry for the knowledge base needs to be added next to the knowledge base name, and cross-library retrieval should be supported.
