Bug Description

When prompt is sent and model is thinking, the displayed thinking time is not starting from 0s, but seems to add from a existing number.

Steps To Reproduce

1.go to arbitrary topic;
2.select a thinking model
3.send prompt
4.Bug appears

Expected Behavior

Each time a prompt is submit, thinking time should start from 0s.
