Remove "Latest Block Challenges" Table

This table does not add anything. Instead, we can put the index into the "last attempted proof" table, or just remove it.

@seeden and I discussed just flipping it for right now so he could think about how to merge it in. When you're in no plots mode, it is nice to have a way to see sync working.
