1.3 Database size

Hi,
I have upgraded to version 1.3 because my C drives are becoming full.
I haven't seen yet any improvement in Database size (still using 75GB).
On one machine I have deleted DB but it will now took about 6 or 7 days to be be rebuilt but after sync of approx 500'000 blocks DB is only at 5GB, that might be great.
On the second one, nothing happens. Is there a way to force DB optimization ?

And I either didn't find where the new wallet for XPC, where or how can I found if I already got something?
