Updating Chia Docker repository on a Synology NAS

Is anyone able to make a video that easily shows how to upgrade the Chia Docker repository on a Synology NAS?

Currently have 9 HDDs, about 100GB, in my NAS. I learned the hard way, each is its own storage pool and volume. Running 1.3.4

I've watched videos on installing Chia and on updating Docker, downloaded the latest image, checked and double-checked all of my settings on the old and latest images, only to see a fresh download of the Chia blockchain start... there go 3~5 days.

It seems there are three ways:

1. Download from scratch

• It seems like there should be an easier way...

2. Use the "docker pull" command

• Tried using the command in the Chia docker image CLI. No effect and Terminal is not available while the Docker image is not running.
• If using "docker pull", where is this supposed to be done?

3. Change the configurations in Docker Compose .yaml file

• The Chia DB is stored on an SSD; the Synology file manager shows nothing other than a folder called "Chia". Used Terminal on another machine to connect to the Synology system.

Not sure what to do next. Can anyone assist with an updated walkthrough?
