Hi,
Git cloning, then running setup, then activating, and then running the test suite results in a lot of failed tests. Is there a set of entry criteria for 'run-py-tests' regarding what needs to be in place and running prior to testing, for example should this script be run against a specific testnet or with specific services already running in a simulated network?
