Only get 0.25xch when solo won with old plots

Hello guys,

I found one of my chia account won which solo mining yesterday, But there are only 0.25 xch instead of 2 xch, missing 1.75xch, It's weird.

This account used old plots when won rewards, haven't create NFT. but the app version is 1.2.2, The block height is: 589936:

I viewed detail of my wallet address from https://www.chiaexplorer.com It shows 1 won there within 24h. but my balance just increased 0.25xch, not 2xch like before.

Hence, I google it this morning, and find someone face same thing as me:

As someone metioned, It's need claim 1.75xch manually, So I try to create NFT and choose self-pooling to claim 1.75xch but failed.

do you encounter it as well?

How can I check/do to find 1.75xch back? Thanks.
