Software stuck at the "Connecting to wallet" when initiating

I'm using Chia Blockchain 1.2.2 on Windows 10 21H1.

Previously, the Chia software is working. After an incident of power loss, I have to restart the PC. I found the software stuck at the "Connecting to wallet" when initiating... I suspect some Chia database is broken on my PC.
So, I tried the following, still doesn't work.
Uninstall Chia
Delete these folders:
C:\Users\yourusername.chia
C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\chia-blockchain
C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\Chia Blockchain
Reinstall Chia.
