Plot creation does not initiate

Hi I just started to create new plots like always, but after setting these ups and click on create button, it takes me to plot tab but nothing is there and no plot starts to create.

I even restarted PC but no chance.

I attached log file and a screen shot.

I reinstalled , got another error but at least the plot started and plots listed, then run it again as admin and now it's plotting fine.
