FIX: [Core Registry UI] Explorer does not properly display organization icon in the left hand nav

I have uploaded an icon to my organization, but it is not displayed properly in Climate Explorer

@ccornick and I opted to just remove the icon completly because of funky formatting when some have icons and others dont
