FIX: [CORE REGISTRY UI] Date picker on CADT interface selects date 1 day back from what user input

In Core Registry deployments of UI, the CADT UI has date pickers for many fields. When a user selects a date, the immediate day prior is the one that is actually selected on the interface. If the user tries to set the date correctly again, it works as expected.
