FIX: [CORE REGISTRY UI] CADT UI not always making proper request when loading "My Projects"

When user clicks on "My Projects" sometimes the request goes through as
https://core-registry-demo.chiamanaged.com/cadt3/v1/projects?page=1&limit=7&orgUid=79ab48a80ad43962c6b1b0985d33005c8bc6019970b4382d3c210ed3fd7cad8a and other times it goes through as https://core-registry-demo.chiamanaged.com/cadt3/v1/projects?page=1&limit=10&

This button should always route to the first request as the "My Projects" page should only show projects in that org
