Dashboard. Nothing happens after clicking the Next ">" button for the "Texts" block

Preconditions:
The user is registered on the site and submited some audio, video, text files
Steps to repro:

1. Log in to the site https://crisislogger.org/
2. Click the ">" button for the submited text
3. Pay attention to the result

Actual result: Nothing happens after clicking the Next ">" button for the "Texts" block. It is not possible to view all submited text

Note: Clicking the button "previous view" "<" affects the "Uploads:" block. There is no indication after hovering mouse over the "<" ">" buttons
Expected result: After clicking the Next ">" button for the text block the next submited text is shown

Win 10 / Chrome/Firefox/Edge
