Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the site https://crisislogger.org
2. Click the "Share your Thoughts" button> 'Parent' button
3. Record an audio or video with a duration of 5 minutes
4. Try to upload the recording
   Actual result: The 'Something went wrong,please try again' popup is shown after trying to upload 5 minutes long video/audio recording
   

Expected result: The 5 minutes long video/audio recording should be uploaded successfully
