Preconditions:
The user is logged in at https://admin.mindlogger.org/.
The user has an applet with activity flow.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to the activity flow tab.
2. Open the activity flow with activities.
3. Click on the "Edit activity" button.
4. Pay attention to the modal.

Actual result:
The modal doesn't match the design on the Activity flow level after clicking on the "Edit activity" button

Expected result:
