Remote Schemas - Forward Headers to and from Client

I'm wondering if there's any way to setup remote schemas to send headers and cookies to and from the client. I want to be able to set a Set-Cookie header in a downstream service, and forward that to the client. I also need the ability to forward headers (for authentication/authorization) to the downstream service.
