Posting to Disqus is always one behind

Issue Description & Expected Outcome:
Posting a comment to the Disqus is always one step behind in the hierarchy of path-milestone-lesson.

Symptoms:
For example, comments posted to a lesson show up after creation as being labeled as a 'Course' comment.

Steps to Recreate:

1. Post a comment on a lesson
2. Click on the comment after it has been created and note that it is labeled as a 'Course' comment
